Truth is
truth…
The
truth must be upheld. No matter what the risks are, the truth had to be fought
for. That is the things that inspire me, who wanted to share truths to mankind.
Because if not, then conspirations will surround our lives.
As
someone whose life is simple, who invent and shares knowledges. His invention is
so useful for human life and also the environment. One of his inventions
is The Little Balance, describing the principles of hydrostatic weighing small
quantities, has been widely used by humans for the purpose of life. His fabled experiments with falling objects and his
manuscript Du Motu (On Motion), a departure from Aristotelian views about
motion and falling objects, a grand journal of the truth in natural law and the
law of life. From this case then the first
lesson I could pick is invent and shares, because your invention will benefit
mankind.
Not only
that, he could not finish his college program because of limited money. However,
in his time, he still studied mathematics and physics. Despite the condition,
he kept inventing and it made him promoted to be a teacher at the University of
Pisa. From
this case the second lesson that I can pick is that money is not a stopping
factor for me to invent and share.
He was an Italian scientist who
supported Copernicanism, the idea that Earth orbits the sun. Galileo defended
his views in Dialogue Concerning the Two Chief World Systems. Then the Roman Inquisition, stated that Galileo was
found "suspect of heresy". He spent the rest of his life under house
arrest. His findings changed our world view for all time. He said, "I hold that the Sun is located at the
center of the revolutions of the heavenly orbs and does not change place, and
that the Earth rotates on itself and moves around it. Moreover ... I confirm this view not only by refuting Ptolemy's and
Aristotle's arguments, but also by producing many for the other side,
especially some pertaining to physical effects Whose causes perhaps can not be
determined in any other way, and other astronomical discoveries; these
discoveries Clearly confute the Ptolemaic system, and they agree admirably with
this other position and confirm it ". In
this third case the thing I can learn is that the truth requires sacrification.
He is Galileo Galilei. An inventor who was willing to sacrifice his life for
the truth. It inspires me to always find the truth in life. Although I'm not a rich man, I will keep trying to
work and share. As in school, I attended a youth organization engaged in
research and research. Simply, I found myself turned out to have been working.
With the community, it is a way to achieve my initial goals despite the money
factor, because there is always a way to Rome.
As also has been done by the prophet
who defend the truth even to the death. That is
the true principles, the principles that are beneficial to human kindness
although with vague sacrification.
Someday
I want to be great inventors such as Galileo Galilei, so that the truth can be
revealed, and humans can live with the true path, the path to the holy truth.
